Privacy Policy
Effective October 2026
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, role, what you want fixed and timing. If you email or call us, we receive what you send. If you book a call, Calendly collects the booking details under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, to understand and scope a possible project, and to keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
Netlify hosts this site and stores contact form submissions. Google Analytics measures how the site is used (see below). Calendly handles call scheduling: booking links open Calendly's scheduler in a window on this site, which loads Calendly's own script and cookies, and we record that a booking was made, not its details.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the contact form was sent. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details under Google's privacy policy. We don't send it what you type into the form, and we don't run advertising trackers. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to respond to you and for our normal business records. After that we delete it.
Your choices
Email contact@abanalyticsgroup.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
